When you contact us, we may process your name, organisation, contact details, country, project information, existing website, timeline, budget indication and any information you include in your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, take steps before a possible contract, protect the website against misuse and maintain appropriate business records. Depending on the context, processing is based on your request, our legitimate interests or legal obligations.
Hosting and email delivery
The website and its local mail service operate on server infrastructure administered through CWP Pro. Contact-form messages are passed to the server’s local mail service and delivered to director@appsconda.dk. The website does not use an external transactional-email provider.
The underlying server or data-centre provider may process limited technical information for hosting, network operation, security and backup purposes. AppsConda will maintain the relevant provider agreement and transfer safeguards where required.
Website resources and analytics
Fonts, styles, scripts and icons are hosted locally on appsconda.dk. The website does not currently use an analytics or advertising service.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted when they are no longer relevant, subject to operational and legal record-keeping needs. Client and accounting records may be retained for longer where required by law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
Security and updates
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. This policy may be updated when the website, infrastructure or legal requirements change.
